  • Love the variety of options ranging from classes you can schedule or on-demand videos that can be watched based on your schedule. The platform looked streamlined and very descriptive. WE felt excited to try all live classes, and view the On Demand library.   • The Aerobodies Team provided outstanding services for the NGA Wellness Program during the time I served as the division chief and GPOC forthe contract. Both on the employee and agency customer levels, they were engaged – going above and beyond on countless occasions. The onsiteTeam worked with individuals to help them meet fitness goals, again going above and beyond what was required relating to a more generic call for assisting people with setting and achieving fitness goals. At the agency level, meetings with regional supervisors and Ms. Bishop went also went beyond ‘checking the boxes’ of performance. We openly discussed ways in which Aerobodies could provide in-scope services in new andcreative ways. When the Agency had ideas or needs to shift focus, Aerobodies always responded positively and quickly. I was so comfortable withand confident in the expertise of the onsite Team that I brought them in to discuss the need for newer, more updated equipment for our fitness center.Timeliness with staff was never an issue. In fact, Aerobodies made diligent efforts to ensure that even if a team member called out unexpectedly, they would have a replacement within a couple of hours. Invoices and business matters were timely and accurate.Overall, I always felt that Aerobodies sought out and employed the best of the best – team members with a depth and breadth of experience that stretched far beyond being ‘just’ a fitness center manager.
